If they saw the numbers enough that they had to squash them in aion classic kinah order to make them usable again, that was a pretty clear signal that the game had pretty much run its course.
I've started on FF14 thus far. I was a huge fan of FF in the past but my interest in it has declined over time. I still play it nearly every day , but rarely for long. I'm still not very enthralled.
My biggest complaint so far is that it seems that I've been playing around and reading, but nothing else. So far, I'm at level 13 and am hoping that it will become more enjoyable with each level.
The story picks up between 20 and 22. You are given a mount and fight your first primal, and get the title of a rider. It is quite good until 50. The final battle will be a little confusing depending on the patch you are using and your the xpac. Although the content is entertaining but it can also be boring. The mini games as well as other games are fun, but you will need to play at least 30 times before you can start.
It's pretty much the way I feel also. It's a fantastic alternative to WoW. So kudos to everyone who plays it. The fact that it's The Other Big MMO doesn't necessarily mean everyone must play to fill the gap.
This threw my boner off very hard. They have you all over the world for seemingly arbitrary reasons. Tele here, read one line of textlater, go back to where you were. Repeat for 35 levels. It is difficult to sell due poor combat. Take this slop and clean the fighting, and you have an absolute WOW-killer.
The funny thing is that they've cleaned it up a bit, they've removed many of the basic game sludge. Personally, I don't dislike the game at all and even played it quite a little, but I don't have the time be a rogue with my friends anymore.
I'm pretty sure I spent more time in teleporting on the map than fighting from 1-50. It's not that the story is bad but clicking on the quest location or pressing teleport will accomplish little. There were some missions in the old WoW which required you to travel back and between the maps. Can you think of the whole storyline of WoW that takes you from stranglehorn all the way to the south shore in every level for 50? You have two buttons to press in a large gcd after you finally enter the fight.
I mean, both aren't perfect, but both have faults. FF14 is more narrative-driven, which means that the 1-50 grind could be a bit difficult to comprehend (although it is possible to purchase level boosts and other goodies the same way as WoW). The cleaning of the base game content was a true chore and my only reason for making it through before was all the players who say it can in fact get better by the minute, and you should keep going. WoW didn’t need to buy aion classic kinah eu do this and could trim down their game's vanilla experience since the Warcraft series had already provided the base for the story. The story that is vanilla won't be so important in the future.
