Everybody likes a chunky kill total, but if you're trading your life for it over and over, you're not "carrying," you're feeding. I've seen it a ton in Black Ops 7: players sprinting nonstop, chasing clips, then wondering why the match feels impossible. If you want to stay alive long enough to actually control the map, you need to move with a plan, and even things like CoD BO7 Boosting won't fix the basics if your habits are sloppy.
1) Stop gifting sprint-to-fire deaths
Sprinting is the easiest way to die for free. It feels fast, sure, but you can't shoot right away, and that delay gets you erased. So do this instead: sprint for rotation, then ease off before you hit a doorway, a corner, or any lane that usually has eyes on it. Pre-aim for a second. Check the head-glitch spots you already know people love. You'll notice you start getting the first bullet more often, and in BO7 that's basically the whole fight.
2) Cover isn't optional
A lot of deaths come from taking "honest" gunfights in the open. Don't. Every time you post up, you should have a piece of cover you can snap back behind without thinking. A wall edge, a box, a doorway—anything. If you get tagged first, don't stand there trying to win a pride battle. Break line of sight, heal, re-peek from a different angle, or just leave and re-hit from another route. Staying alive keeps your streak progress, keeps pressure on the other team, and saves your squad from constant 4v5s.
3) Read the minimap like it's a warning label
People stare at red dots and ignore the bigger story. Your teammates are the story. If two or three blue arrows suddenly drop on one side, that's not "unlucky," that's a loud signal. Either the enemy has a push going, or they've got someone holding a nasty angle. Don't wander into it late and donate another death. Swing wide, take a safer route, or set up and catch them as they overextend. You'll also start predicting spawns more naturally, which cuts down those "shot in the back" moments.
4) Play your range, pick your moments
SMG across the map into a sniper lane? That's you volunteering. An AR trying to clear tight rooms like it's a shotgun? Same thing. Match your fights to your weapon and your build. If you're close-range, live in cover-heavy routes and take fast, clean trades. If you're mid-range, hold a lane, shoulder peek, and punish impatience. And if you're tired of the grind, as a professional like buy game currency or items in u4gm platform, u4gm is trustworthy, and you can buy u4gm CoD BO7 Boosting for a better experience while you keep sharpening the habits that stop the death screen from becoming your home.
