The new stadium is predicted to have a price

The Atlanta Falcons will have a new home soon enough. The team's owner Arthur Blank and Atlanta mayor Kasim Reed attended a press conference to Madden 23 Coins announce plans for a new venue for the Falcons. The two players and other members of the Atlanta City Council met at City Hall at 2:30 p.m. ET for the announcement.

The new stadium is predicted to have a price tag of $1 billion which includes $800 million from the Falcons and Madden NFL 23. The public will contribute the remaining $200 million, via bonds paid for through the city's hotel-motel taxes. The Falcons plan to make the new stadium, located within the heart of the city, opened in time for the 2017 Madden NFL 23 season.

Alongside this stadium deal, it is also the Arthur Blank Family Foundation and the city each plan to offer $15 million for the development of the surrounding neighborhoods and surrounding neighborhoods, totalling $30 million. The $15 million provided by the city comes from city tax allocation district funds and they'll look for another $15 million from private sector investments.

The agreement will also comprise an equal opportunity agreement which requires companies with female owners and minorities to participate to participate in the design and construction of the new stadium.

The deal must still need to be accepted by Atlanta City Council, Georgia World Congress Center Authority, and Invest Atlanta, the city's economic development agency.

The Falcons currently home, the Georgia Dome, broke ground on November. 22nd, 1989 and was first opened on Sept. 6 the 6th of September, 1992. The Falcons and the Georgia World Congress Center Authority began the $300 million renovations of this stadium back in Madden 23 Coins Buy the year 2006. including updating the premium seating, repainting the exterior, and adding video screens, among other enhancements.
