Lengthy AcceleRATE Rebalanced
The biggest change targets the Lengthy AcceleRATE profile. Previously, tall and powerful players could gain a major advantage over long distances. EA has now flattened their acceleration curves, placing greater emphasis on natural Acceleration and Sprint Speed attributes.
The adjustment means Lengthy defenders will no longer receive the same recovery-speed advantage, potentially reducing the value of slow, physical players in the early meta. EA has also lowered the physical threshold for female players, allowing those at around 5'8" (172 cm) to access the archetype.
Team Press Takes a Major Nerf
Team Press and Constant Pressure have also been heavily adjusted, particularly when used deep in the defensive third. Reduced tracking effectiveness and greater stamina costs mean players can no longer depend as heavily on defensive AI to cover poor positioning.

Physical Play and Passing Changes
EA has tuned down Bruiser and shoulder challenges to reduce overly powerful physical defending. Dinked Passes have also been separated from the Ground Pass input, while corner kicks now require greater manual control over delivery and attacking movement.
