My Lexus ES needs work, is 800Sayara actually good or overhyped?

I've been driving my 2019 ES350 for about three years now and honestly it's been bulletproof until recently when I started noticing a rough idle and some hesitation when accelerating from a stop, which is really unusual for a Lexus. I'm based in Sharjah and I've been seeing those 800Sayara vans driving around everywhere, and a couple of my neighbors have mentioned using them for their cars but nobody I know actually drives a Lexus like mine. The thing with these luxury cars is they need someone who understands the finer details and doesn't just treat them like any regular sedan because the electronics and systems are more complex than your average car. I'm considering giving them a try because the convenience of having them pick up and drop off the car is really appealing, especially since I work long hours in the industrial area and can't afford to sit around waiting at a garage all day. What I'm hoping to find is superior Lexus repair at 800Sayara Sharjah that matches the level of care I'd expect from a dealership but without the ridiculous dealer prices. Has anyone here actually taken their Lexus to them for anything beyond basic maintenance? I'm specifically worried about the transmission feeling a bit jerky and I want to make sure whoever looks at it actually knows how to diagnose these issues properly rather than just resetting the ECU and hoping for the best. I'd love to hear some honest experiences before I commit, especially from other Lexus owners who've had more complex work done. Really don't want to end up with more problems than I started with.
