Worth paying for a proper inspection on a used Cayman in Al Quoz?

I've been hunting for a used Cayman for a few weeks now and finally found one that ticks most of my boxes, but it's sitting at a small dealer in Al Quoz and something about the whole setup feels a bit off. The price is a little too good and the guy keeps brushing off my questions about service history, which makes me wonder what he's not telling me. I know everyone says get a PPI done but I'm trying to figure out if it's really necessary for a car that's only five years old with low mileage, or if I'm just being paranoid. A colleague mentioned he booked a Certified Porsche vehicle inspection near Al Quoz last year and it caught a suspension issue the seller tried to hide, so now I'm leaning toward doing the same. The thing is I don't know how thorough these checks actually are or if they just plug in a computer and call it a day. Has anyone here gone through this recently? Did the report actually help you negotiate or walk away? I'd rather spend a few hundred now than deal with a blown engine later.
