Gear choice is perhaps the most critical part of this Bash Barbarian build's success. Since Bash is your main skill, it needs to be bound to a powerful two-handed bludgeoning weapon—usually a mace or similar heavy hammer Diablo 4 gold.
There are three popular weapon types you can use:
Polearm: Great for increasing Lucky Hit chance which helps generate Fury faster.
Two-Handed Axe: Perfect for dealing extra damage against enemies made Vulnerable by your skills.
Two-Handed Sword: This works well if you want to leverage certain Paragon nodes that increase damage or trigger Berserking when defeating Bleeding enemies.
Your gear should also include key Legendary Aspects and unique items. The Hooves of the Mountain God boots are nearly mandatory, as they allow Bash to hit multiple targets, turning what is normally a single-target skill into an AoE beast. The Shard of Verathiel adds massive damage boosts at the cost of spending Fury, perfectly synergizing with the Bash spam.
Other legendary pieces with Hectic and Adaptability aspects further improve your damage and survivability, making this build very powerful at higher Torment difficulties and beyond buy Diablo 4 Items.
