MMOexp WoW TBC Classic Anniversary: While Rogues suffer from overpopulation

Even though Rogue DPS is competitive with Warriors and other melee, raid comps simply don't scale them the same way. Top guild behavior reinforces this trend, causing most groups to WoW TBC Classic gold follow suit and further reduce Rogue representation.

In short: Rogues aren't weak—they're just overcrowded and undervalued in Phase 2 raid design.

Overlooked Specs: Rare, Undervalued, and Surprisingly Important

While Rogues suffer from overpopulation, other specs struggle from the opposite problem—they're too rare to replace easily.

Arms Warriors – The Forgotten DPS Spec

Arms Warriors are one of the least-played specs in the entire phase.

This is largely due to Fury Warrior dominance. Most players default to Fury, leaving Arms as a niche pick despite solid potential in certain raid setups.

The irony? Arms can perform extremely well when properly supported—but very few players invest in it.

Balance Druids – The Missing Raid Puzzle Piece

Even rarer are Balance Druids (Boomkins).

Despite bringing powerful utility like:

Innervate
Battle Resurrection
Improved Faerie Fire (3% hit)

They remain one of the least-played DPS specs in Phase 2.

This scarcity makes them extremely valuable to WoW TBC gold EU raid leaders, especially for caster-heavy compositions. Many guilds are actively struggling to recruit even one Boomkin, making them one of the easiest "guaranteed raid spot" specs in the game.
