Eras in NBA 2K23

The Magic Vs Bird Era

Starting in 1983, players would find themselves in a fierce rivalry between Magic Johnson Vs Larry Bird, a rivalry that took over the entire league.

The Jordan Era

Starting in 1991, the Jordan Era featured players at the beginning of Jordan's reign with the Chicago Bulls. They would compete with Isiah Thomas' Bad Boys Detroit Pistons, John Stockton and Karl Malone, Olajuwon's Houston Rockets, and Patrick Ewing's New York Knicks for the chance to dominate basketball in 1990.

The Kobe Era

The Kobe Era takes fans back to 2002 when a new generation of talent emerged from the West. This included Tim Duncan and the San Antonio Spurs, Kevin Garnett and the Minnesota Timberwolves, and Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks. To compete against the legends of the era, the players will also be playing for the legendary 2003 draft.

The Modern Era

The MyNBA experience is now known as the Modern Era. Long-time fans of the format can continue to use the latest lineups and enjoy the traditional MyNBA experience.

NBA 2K23 Season 4 is about to be released and most players should be ready for it. If you are not ready, then you can buy MT 2K23 at the beginning of the season. This will help us build a strong player in the shortest possible time.
