Blizzard's method of speccing your character's spec in Diablo IV Gold is a blend of the Studio's approach to Diablo 2 and Diablo 3. As executive producer and head of the Diablo franchise Rod Fergusson put it, "Diablo 2 felt like you were locked in. You could change your spec at least once per difficulty. But with D3 you kind of changed your character like you would change your clothes. Everything was gear-based as opposed to skill-based."Fergusson added, "I think the fact that we have skills on the equipment [in Diablo 4] is really nice for experimentation -- as a sorceress I [might] get Blizzard [on a pair of boots] three levels before I should and I can try Blizzard to see if I actually want it."
Game director Joe Shely told Polygon in an interview with a roundtable it is "having your character feel like a compilation of choices that you made leads to really fascinating decisions, or at a minimum, intriguing opportunities."Shely declared"The Diablo Team is well aware of the fact that gamers, particularly those who are just beginning their journey won't know the full extent of the different classes' abilities. Players are likely to want to play around.
"When you take a look at our respec system," Shely said, "which apply to both the skill tree as well as Paragon for levels later on which is our ultimate progression system, we've really attempted to design it in a way in which you are making a choice is critical and that your character is not identical to everyone other character, however you're in a position to have lots of flexibility to try things out.
"You've gained the capability to change the spec of a point by point. You can just click to unspend a point and spend it on the other thing, but as you get later into levels that cost rises to make choices a little bit more thoughtful. Of course, you can change the entire tree in one go if you would like to build from the beginning."
Fergusson said that as players get deeper and deeper into their character "the game's currency cost to respect grows higher and higher until you get to the point where you have a level 90 Barbarian and instead of changing my build it's better to roll a new Barbarian and then start from scratch."
Diablo Immortal will soon receive its second major update on December 14th. The update, called Terror's Tide, brings tons of new content to Diablo Immortal, most notably the first post-launch zone, known as Stormpoint. This area will add a completely new main quest, monsters, and bosses to buy cheap Diablo IV Gold Immortal. This is content that will assuredly keep players playing for hours.
