Tucson's AC is struggling – any decent Hyundai workshops to recommend?

I'm starting to get really concerned about my Tucson's air conditioning because it's just not blowing as cold as it used to, and with the temperatures we're getting these days, that's pretty much a dealbreaker for me. I've noticed that when I'm sitting in traffic, the air coming out of the vents gets noticeably warmer, and it only starts to cool down again when I'm moving at speed, which makes me think it could be an issue with the cooling fan or maybe the condenser isn't working properly. I've already checked the cabin filter and it's clean, so I'm pretty sure it's not something simple like that. I really don't want to take it to the dealer because I know they'll charge me an arm and a leg just for the diagnosis, and I've heard that there are some good independent workshops out there that specialise in Korean cars and charge much more reasonable rates. I've been looking for a Hyundai workshop in Abu Dhabi that actually knows these cars and can properly diagnose AC issues without just guessing and replacing parts. Has anyone here had AC work done on their Hyundai locally and can recommend a place that does a good job without overcharging? I'm really hoping to get this sorted before the heat gets even worse.
