Land Rover brakes grinding, need a good garage in Dubai

My Range Rover's brakes have been making that awful grinding noise for a few days now and I know I've pushed it too far. The dealer quoted me something that honestly felt like a bad joke so I started asking around for alternatives. A guy at work mentioned he'd seen brakepadreplacementdubai.ae/brands/land-rover while searching for his own car but he never actually used them so that's not much help. Has anyone here given them a try or can recommend a workshop that actually knows Land Rovers? I'm in Dubai and don't mind driving a bit for good work. Also how much should I expect to pay for front pads on a Range Rover Sport? I'd rather hear from real people than trust a random website. Any advice would be appreciated because I don't want to keep driving on worn brakes and risk damaging the rotors.
