The problem is with career mode NBA 2K23 MT. I wanted to jump in and play games and I was pressured to meet with JJ Redick and Perkins or learn how to beat the city, regardless of what I'm doing on the court.I wasn't, however, scoring at a rate of 70 points and was pretty awful during my initial game. Lakers Twitter would have absolutely shocked me.
So, I did what Damian Lillard is too afraid to do. I ran away from the grind, and used VC to help me improve my game. It was much more enjoyable playing the games ....in-between getting to meet Ronnie 2K and making raps to randoms.The integration of the city and career mode was an excellent move, simplifying multiple modes as well as bringing an enjoyable open world element to the game.
MyTEAM features some brand new features particularly in the new Clutch Time mode. It's like an intermediate point between the rapidity that comes with Triple Threat mode and a full Domination game, for example. It's a single quarter within the game mode which has a 4 point line. Did I lose multiple games because I'm trying shoot 4-pointers? No comment.
If you're someone who likes to grind through game modes, MyTEAM always has plenty of content regarding this aspect. Two of their first exclusive cards include the nine-star Pau Gasol and an 95-rated Lamar Odom, which seems like decisions made to speficially entice Lakers fans to purchase the game.The Jordan Challenges are another aspect that has been in the 2K franchises in the past and is always fun to play. Although I haven't played through the entire set yet Buy 2K MT, there's a photograph showing Kobe Bryant and Jordan from their game in the late 1990s that is an intriguing teaser.
